By John Medlar, Founder and Executive Director, America First Mobilization PAC
For too long, the levers of political power in this nation have been manipulated by global capital, foreign interests, and entrenched corporate oligarchies — forces increasingly alienated from the interests of the American citizenry. Ordinary Americans, the very people for whom our republic ostensibly exists, have watched as their cultural heritage, economic prospects, and political agency have been methodically eroded.
It was this recognition — and over a decade of direct involvement in grassroots political activism — that led me to establish the America First Mobilization PAC. This organization is not merely another political committee; it is a purpose-built Hybrid PAC formed to give the America First movement an operational backbone. Our structure includes two distinct and separate accounts: the Mobilization Fund, which enables unlimited independent expenditures to support or oppose candidates, and the upcoming Candidate Fund, which accepts capped, regulated contributions to be used for direct support of campaigns aligned with our mission.
Purpose and Vision
America First Mobilization PAC exists to serve as a counterweight to the transnational lobbies, big-money operatives, and elite political establishments that have captured vast swaths of American governance. We unapologetically seek to promote policies rooted in fiscal responsibility, investment in domestic infrastructure, and the protection and promotion of American labor and small business. Equally, we are dedicated to the preservation of our nation’s Christian cultural heritage — a civilizational inheritance that modern political discourse is increasingly eager to displace.
Our work is animated by the conviction that elections — particularly close, often-overlooked local and state contests — remain one of the last viable arenas where ordinary citizens can reclaim agency. To that end, we focus not merely on outcomes, but on building enduring capacity within the conservative grassroots.
Methods: Manpower and Infrastructure
Most PACs begin with money and spend months, even years, trying to assemble manpower. America First Mobilization PAC is the inverse. Through our team members’ personal involvement in conservative organizing, we already have working relationships with over 40 grassroots patriot organizations across the country — connecting us to thousands of motivated, battle-tested volunteers.
What we are building is the infrastructure to mobilize them. We are deploying our initial fundraising into data operations, digital infrastructure, and strategic targeting systems that allow these local groups to act with coordination, precision, and speed. Rather than replicate the wasteful paths of expensive media campaigns, we focus on data-driven ground game — identifying low-turnout, high-alignment voters and turning them out through direct, relational contact.
Because we are tapping into pre-existing manpower, our operational model is more efficient than that of legacy organizations. We don’t need to spend on bloated consulting fees or armies of paid canvassers. Our funds go straight into the strategic backbone that supports thousands of volunteers already committed to this cause.
Candidate Vetting and Strategic Alignment
In addition to voter mobilization, we conduct our own research on candidates at all levels of government. We ensure that when our network turns out the vote, it is in service of candidates who are not merely rhetorically aligned with the America First agenda, but substantively and operationally committed to it.
A Personal Reflection on Inspiration and Strategy
This PAC is the culmination of our team’s ten-plus years of conservative grassroots engagement. The network we are activating today was not built in a day, nor funded by billionaire seed capital. It was forged over years of rallies, local campaigns, strategic collaborations, and trust.
One key inspiration was watching the effectiveness of activist Scott Pressler in the 2024 cycle. His work in registering and turning out Republican voters in Pennsylvania demonstrated that determined individuals, backed by a clear strategy, can flip a state. While some may criticize him over ideological or identity-based differences, we believe political judgment should be based on results. Pressler proved that boots on the ground still win elections — and I knew that our network could take that strategy national with an explicit America First focus.
Funding Philosophy
As a Hybrid PAC, we maintain two distinct funds:
- The Candidate Fund accepts capped contributions and is used to directly support campaigns through coordinated efforts.
- The Mobilization Fund supports independent expenditures to drive turnout and oppose or support candidates based on their alignment with our principles. This fund can accept unlimited contributions.
While we are legally permitted to accept large donations, our core model remains grassroots-powered. We seek support from high-likelihood voters, concerned citizens, and serious donors who understand the urgency of this moment and want their contributions to produce measurable political impact.
Every dollar raised goes into action: data systems, voter targeting, and field deployment. We are a campaign infrastructure provider, not a media consultancy. Our commitment is to action, not overhead.
A Call to Action
The American political landscape is shifting. The elites are doubling down. So must we. America First Mobilization PAC is a disciplined, serious vehicle for those who refuse to let this country fall without a fight.
If you share that commitment — if you believe the American people deserve a movement equal to the moment — then join us. Volunteer. Donate. Help us put the infrastructure in place to let our people act.
The time for passive politics is over. The era of citizen mobilization has begun.
